Care in the Details

Most of what makes a good salon visit happens out of sight. These are the details we pay attention to at SHAY.

Tools

Suitable reusable metal implements are cleaned and sterilised between clients. Other tools are cleaned and disinfected as appropriate, and single-use items are discarded after use.

Assessment

Before a nail service we look at your natural nails and talk through what you want, so the service suits the nails you have.

Clear Menus

We keep one manicure and one pedicure, with prices listed openly and inclusive of applicable tax. Shared inclusions are stated once, beneath each group.

Privacy

SHAY is a small, private space. Treatments are one-to-one, and we do not rush you out to fit in the next appointment.
